It responds to the planning of the city that places at the end of Diagonal Avenue a building, singular, which reaches 80 m in height with 25 floors. By ordinances, not being able to occupy the entire site, it is proposed to divide the building into two bodies and join them by a light glass bridge, which enhances its slenderness. It will be this building that finishes, in the skyline of the place, the composition of singular buildings of its surroundings.
