The three office buildings with 14 floors and 50 meters high are ordered perpendicular to the sea, allowing privileged views to all users of the buildings. Behind the diagonal, is located the hotel, 25 floors high, 85 meters high, placed so that it also has these views from all rooms through the buildings in front. The set is sober functional and satisfactorily resolves the complexity of the program
