A historical part of the city. Strict ordinances that aim to preserve its character. An adjoining building of great dignity. A narrow plot where everything is façade. The Arc de Triomphe of the Universal Exhibition of 1888 in front. A successful developer who had almost never worked with external architects... The building tries to give a respectful response to all these conditions.
