Integral reform of the Royal building to house the headquarters of the Canarian Tax Agency. The program, very specific of the RTP of the agency (Relation of workspaces), is addressed through a modular system of compartmentalization of closed offices and open workstations, distribution of installations and furniture that allows for possible changes in the future should they be required without having to carry out important modifications. A complete and sophisticated implementation of computer and communications services complete the project. Likewise, the energy efficiency is improved, and actions are incorporated to contribute to the ecological transition of the building. The reform of the building opens the ground floor to the public and houses the main meeting room, with a table and lamp designed especially for the occasion, and management offices on the top floor
